“PIÓRKO” cheese low fat product with high calcium content. “PIÓRKO” cheese is unique:
- content of fat max 3%
- calcium content 1300mg in 100g
“PIÓRKO” is a rennet ripening cheese with the very low fat level (from 30% in full–fat cheese to 3%). Due to this the cheese has 50% less calories than traditonal full-fat cheese but still keeps the great taste obtained from the long ripening process.
